Combined Tax & Assessment notices are mailed anually in May and are due June 30 of each year.

For the 2024 Year, a 2% Penalty will be applied to the current year unpaid taxes on July 1^st, 4% on August 1^st 6% on September 1^st and 6% October 1^st.  An 18% Penalty is applied to the total arrears balance on January 1^st.

Assessment and Tax Notices Mailing Certification

This is certification under Sections 310(4), 311(1) & 336(1) of the Municipal Government Act that 2024 Combined Assessment and Tax Notices were mailed to all property owners in the Summer Village of West Cove on May 17, 2024.
